Who we are
Manolamaintenance Ltd, trading as Manola Maintenance, is responsible for the personal details described here. We are registered in Scotland with company number SC751362, and our registered office is Suite 25 Brightstone Spaces, Williamson Street, Falkirk FK1 1PR. What we collect and why
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to deliver that work.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not use your details for marketing, add them to mailing lists, or sell or share them with anyone for their own use.
Who handles your details
Two service providers process your details on our behalf: IONOS, which hosts this website and passes form messages to us, and Microsoft, which provides our email. Both act on our instructions only.
How long we keep them
We keep enquiry emails for two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep correspondence for as long as needed for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which record the address of each device that visits and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them, or to stop using them. Email enquiries@manolamaintenance.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
