Step 1

Asset Tagging & Data Capture

Unique tags applied. Digital tools extract nameplate data quickly; engineers validate for accuracy.

Step 2

Hierarchy & Standards

We build your asset hierarchy to ISO 14224 and apply the Standard Modifier Dictionary (SMD) so names are clear and consistent. This improves failure reporting, analytics and spare parts management.

Step 3

PMS / CMMS Integration

We configure your maintenance system—MaintMaster preferred; also experienced with Maximo, AMOS, SAP, IDEA—so teams can raise corrective actions in confidence.

Step 4

Optimisation & Reliability

Preventive maintenance is written and tuned; condition monitoring (e.g., vibration) aligned to criticality. Insights are accelerated with smart tools, then reviewed by engineers.

Why ISO 14224 and SMD?

Consistency: Standard hierarchies and codes make data comparable across sites and industries.
Searchability: SMD naming (e.g., VALVE–BALL, PUMP–GEAR) eliminates duplicates and speeds up spares look‑ups.
Better Decisions: Clear failure data improves RCA, KPIs and planning.
