How we work
A full engagement runs in six stages. Smaller jobs pick up at the stage that fits, but always with the same rule: nothing goes into your system that we cannot trace to a drawing, a nameplate, a document or a person on site.
The stages
Each stage ends with something you can review and sign off before the next one starts.

Scope and data review
We agree the area, the target system and the standards, then load your existing data exactly as you supplied it: CMMS extracts, registers, P&IDs, manuals and work-order history.
You receive: a data review noting gaps, conflicts and what the walkdown needs to confirm.

Desk study
A first-pass hierarchy is built from the drawings and records. Every record is marked as desk study, so nobody mistakes an inference for a verified item.
You receive: a draft hierarchy and a walkdown plan.

Site walkdown and capture
Our engineers walk the plant with a field app that works offline, photographing nameplates and confirming or correcting each record. Where there are no tags, we propose a scheme and fit them.
You receive: a verified register with photographs, and a list of anything still to resolve.

Hierarchy, classification and criticality
Records are classified to ISO 14224, described in noun-modifier form and assessed for criticality on your risk matrix.
You receive: the final hierarchy and the criticality register for sign-off.

FMECA and maintenance strategy
Failure modes are analysed to IEC 60812 against your work-order history. Each one gets a task, or a recorded reason for having none, and the PMs and spares follow from that.
You receive: the FMECA, a gap analysis, PM procedures and a critical spares list.

Load, reconcile and hand over
Import files are produced for your CMMS, loaded with your administrators and reconciled back to source row by row.
You receive: loaded data, a reconciliation report and a short run book for planners and technicians.
How we hold ourselves to it
Evidence over assumption
If a value cannot be confirmed it is marked for confirmation and left blank. We do not stretch a near match to fill a field.
Your data, as delivered
Client files are loaded without reworking them first, so every change we make can be traced back to what you gave us.
Engineers review everything
We use software to read nameplates and draft analysis faster. An experienced engineer checks every result before it reaches you.
No vendor ties
We work in whichever CMMS or PMS you run and recommend none.
